Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. They are based on order weight and distance. Shipping costs start at $3.75 for the U.S..

Shipping to other countries starts at $8.55.

Shipping costs shown in the shopping cart are based on our standard shipping service

(2 to 5 business day delivery for domestic orders).

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and other related charges imposed by their country's customs office. Actual merchandise cost is listed on postage and customs forms as required by law.

Return Policy
Money back is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of sale for items returned in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to seasonal items such as the Christmas Tree Set.

Customer to pay for all shipping and handling costs for all returns.

Warranty

We warrant each product under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material for 90 days from date of customer purchase. Should a product fail during the warranty period under these conditions, we will, at our option, gladly repair it, replace it free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value.
